SNAKE-DLMDS is dual axis carrying robots direct driven by miniature linear tube brushless motor and manufactured by E-Motion America, its features are: 1) high speed; 2) high precision; 3) effectively maximize space travel; 4) two carrier units can be synchronized movement, asynchronous opposite and anisotropic to the movement; 5) stroke has 15,20,60,80,100,120 five sizes available; 6) carrying capacity basic speed and linear motor force;7) Repeatability 40µm,100 µm basic motor and feedback;8)maximum speed 2.6m/s.
